Lost item RS081781242CN

Hi my order RS081781242CN is not showing up on any tracking orders. I ordered the items 4 months ago and have not received them yet. I have tried to contact supplier and I am getting no answer!

Your tracking info was not found, possible reasons:
1: Your tracking number is incorrect or invalid.
2: Your tracking number has expired and removed from carrier's system.

A package sent from China should be received within three months, if you couldn't get it within three months, it may be lost. You can only try to get your money back from the supplier. China Post will not give you compensation directly.

LA700993186CN my package has been stuck on flight departure since June 18th. no updates no nothing. the item should arrive by the 23rd but that’s very unlikely since even the local post office don’t have it. has the item been lost in transit?
