Lost in Transit

Hello,
My package LZ795942329CN has been in transit for 21 days now. No updates since 19/04/2021 “flight arrival”.
Is it lost or do I just need to wait longer?

Hi Nick,

You need to wait for more days to see it arrives in UK. It's sent by e-packet. e-packet is slow at present. It usually takes about 30-60 days to be delivered for most packages. There will be update when it arrives. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

Hi, can you help me find my package with tracking number LY037889338CN . It has not updated since April and I’m afraid it might be lost in transit. Is there any other way to locate it? Even if it is not lost and shipping is slow due to COVID-19, this amount of time is not normal for a package to be in transit.
