My post has been stuck there since February Australian eastern standard Time, how can I get through to them

Hi Michael,

If it's stuck for a long time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require the courier to do a formal trace investigation. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Hi, can you help me find my package with tracking number LY037889338CN . It has not updated since April and I’m afraid it might be lost in transit. Is there any other way to locate it?
