China post has lost this very important document.

Hi Ruth,

It shows your parcel has left Sidney on 2015-09-29 04:08:00. No more shipment information for it.

China post usually don't show tracking information after the parcel leaves the sender's country. As there is only 17 days passed, you couldn't make sure it has been lost. You'd better wait patiently as the internal parcel usually takes a long time to reach.

Express post from AU to CN, No Local carrier to collect from the airport (0 reply)

I sent package from Australia on 2022/04/08 Express Post to China ..the last information I can see is that Ready for postal carrier to collect on the 19th, and I've called Aupost on the 26th, they dont have other new update ..Tracking number is EJ290897496AU
Normally what does this means? is my parcel lost in the airport???

This is the tracking number the seller provided jaiwei112222 china post
But when I've tried to track it, it says there is no trace of it. The seller says its lost, is it lost or did they just never send it?
