You'd better call Myanma Post to track it for you and make sure if it's lost. The tracking information is not available in tracking systems. It couldn't be tracked.

I have inquired at the Yangon Central Post Office in Myanmar that they tracked my letter and they informed me as this letter was departed on 16 January,2017 from their post office as serial no.2 and observations no. 285.
So, it will be lost at your country ( China) because it time is Chinese new year.

You couldn't say it's lost in China. As it meet Chinese New Year, it may be delayed to deliver in China. If it couldn't reach within three months, you can say it's lost.

Please note that we always send the registered airmails to Beijing, China including this IP office. These letters have arrived at the respective office in two weeks later from the date of sending in Myanmar. It is correct clearly.
I think that you mean this letter can be reached within three months.due to the Chinese new year. Is it correct?

I checked and find it was departed on 16 January,2017. During the Chinese New Year, we have one week or even longer break, so a lot of letters need to be handled after the break. Please wait and contact the carrier later.
