This is the only tracking I have . The message shows delivered 11/05/20
To the correct address . But it was not delivered . Can you please check to see if when it came to the US if your company had a different tracking from what ever carrier it was last to ? I am unable to reach the Seller .

Hi Derek Wade,

To my experience, it was delivered to some other place. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back.
