loss of parcels

two parcels was sent from Jinan (China ) to Qatar on July , 11, 2016, under tracking CP289275993CN and CP289275976CN
we didnt receive anything till now and it were not come to Qatar at all , and last tracking update was in Hong kong transit from 28, July , 2016 . plz to check and inform what is the problem.

They have been stuck at Hong Kong exchange office for some reason since July 25. You'd better contact China Post as soon as possible to ask what happened to them. If you are in China, call 11183, then press 8 for English service. If you are not convenient, just let the sender to contact China Post if he is in Jinan, China.
