loss of parcel

Hello.
I am trying to find out where my package with the number CP787676572CN from the company shiqingnan (I believe) is. The vendor has given me a new number CY004253464CN however when I checked with Correos here in Spain I have been told that this new number is linked to a different recipient and not to my address. Hence the number CY004253464CN is incorrect. Can you please see what happened to this package?

I have a jpeg of the parcel sticker which shows the number given.

CY004253464CN was delivered on Jan.17. The seller should give you two wrong number. You need to contact the seller to provide you with the right one. Without the right tracking number, it couldn't be tracked.
