Looping departure from outward -> returned on my parcel

Dear all of china post staffs,
My parcel that is "LP075958643CN", posted on 5/26 and this will go to JAPAN.
But on parcel tracking status, that parcel is looping depart -> return in BEIJING EMS since 2 month.
What is happened on my parcel?

My package was shipped in OCTOBER. Why does china post keep looping my package thru Zhengzhou???? Its been months! It now says returned, for the 5th time. WHY was it returned???? WHY wont chinapost let my package leave the Zhengzhou post office??? Its just a sweatshirt!!! This is crazy! Please just let usps take my package!!!
