Hi Ann Ngo,

There is no tracking information for this tracking number. You'd better contact the seller if he gave you the right number.

If he sent the package on July 19, you should have got it. You'd better open dispute to ebay/aliexpress/amazon whichever you paid the money to to ask your money back as soon as possible.
