Looking for my package that was supposedly delivered by you

Trying to find out where my package is. It says it was delivered to my town & four but I never received anything and I checked my post office is there’s three in my town and none of them have any idea of what I’m talking about

What's the tracking number? If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and give you a solution as soon as possible.

Tracking number XCSU001398034BO. It says this parcel was delivered. It was not. This parcel was resent as it was supposedly delivered a month before but again did not arrive. What company was this parcel handed over to for delivery in Christchurch New Zealand? Where is the proof of delivery which is what happens when we receive a parcel?
