Thank you for replied to me.
The last update shows that the packages were in Djibout,
But you are telling me that the parcel arrived to destination,
My Question is how is possible your claiming about is arrived and lost on the way?
The second question is China post is not around here in Somalia, so how can you dare to carry packages the country you do not have a Office?
The third question is who is responsible that lost packages ?
wish you logic responding.

There is no information showing they arrive at the destination country.

Last tracking information for RG968670533CN: 2019-01-16 16:02 Leave the "Beijing Interchange Bureau", the next stop "Beijing-Speed International"
There is no China Post in your country. When it arrives in your country, it will be handed over to Somali Post and they are in charge of delivering it. You can try to contact Somali Post to check it.
If this is what you bought from China, the seller should be responsible for the lost packages.
There is no information showing they arrive at the destination country.

My last concern is about for
Long time waiting my missing packages around 4months, after that hopeless of waiting
I decided to share this message about hand rising or give handing helpfully it could be reached or arrived or find out my missing parcels.
Please and please give assistance how to find or handed over to me the above mentioned Packages,
I am sure you have ability find out these you can do,
Even more the two tracking numbers are not match i mean they are not combining these are separating, it means when one is found maybe other one missing, look here RP156161341CN was update on 17/2/2019 whereby RG968670533CN updated 1/1/2019, you see.
Finally if you pay efforts it will found if no nothing will happen
Many times tried to get solution both of you ad your China post and sender Shangahai XuanFan industries, they claiming once the parcel handed over to the carrier no need to contact them again.
So, if the two sides claiming that they done their best, then 1)who pay or taking responsibility of missing parcel?
2) if there some hopes of that delayed or missing parcel how long i wait them?
3) is it normal taking long period of 4months reaching in a some country like Somalia or is there accident occur ?
4) last update shown that the parcel was in Djibouti neighbouring country, is there your Office there ? if yes simply give me the number of that office i will negotiate with them.

I am complaining about my last packages with tracking number:
RG968670533CN/RP156161341CN
Both of these was 26/12/2018.
Sent through China Post.
Yet nothing arrived to me, it seems the packages had lost on the way.
So please and please i need to know why you did not respond me many times i had messaged to you?
When i asked you the reason parcel not delivered to destination you told to call forwarder i tried to communicate many times no respond ?
After these what is the next solution?
I need to get answer all these questions.

These two packages seem to be lost on the way. You need to contact the sender to give you a solution for it. Sorry, we are just a tracking platform for packages for free.

Hi is it possible you can find my parcel the last info i have is saying delayed back in May 26th to be exact JD0002210164172506 i have contacted the company in the U.K. an they don’t have it but i can’t find any more info
