I ordered this item Tilting car lift 3000 from Cosx invoice #93007-TB008526 on Febuary 28th 2021 I was sent an email conformation on March 1 2021 that it was shipped thru your company economy shipping 21 to 28 days the tracking number is EB738284867CN as of today April 26th 2021 I have not received it I have tried to email them at [email protected] but received a mail fail notice. Can you help me Thank you for your time.

Hi, my parcel tracking no. RC781391135SG has been held by customs. My local (Singapore) postal company said that reason is due to missing invoice of the item. They require the recipient to send them the invoice, but the recipient is a large corporation and seems unwilling to help me respond to customs, and instead sent me the e-invoice for me to forward it to China customs. However, I'm unable to contact China customs, is there any email I can send the invoice to so that they can help me forward my e-invoice to the customs for the release of my parcel?
