Hi! I’ve been waiting for shipment EB741844884CN and EB742629272CN since April. Did these two packages get lost or do you have any information on where they are?

Hi am,

EB741844884CN was delivered on May 26.
EB742629272CN was delivered on June 3.

You should have got them.

This is for the last 3 weeks without new information.
