Long delivery time and request of change of service

Hi there!
I have been waiting approximately three months for my package to be delivered, (unfortunately our country was on lockdown), and I am in dire need of having the items I need delivered. Our post office is unfortunately not doing deliveries and not communicating at all, could I possibly arrange for a delivery with a courier from the city which the parcel is currently located so that I may have it delivered ASAP? This is not a complaint but an attempt to resolve an issue.

If it's already in your country, it should be delivered by your local post office. It couldn't be delivered by another courier. You can only wait for your post office recovers the service again.
