Good day. My parcel was sent 7 days ago, when I am entering the tracking service it says "logistics order created" is that alright that it has been in that status for a week now? And could u please tell me if parcel can actually be tracked?My tracking number is LO803813120CN. Thanks in advance for your help
There is no tracking information for it. Possible reasons:
1. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for this kind of package.
2. Only the seller could track it in seller's platform.
You'd better contact the seller to confirm for the reason.
