Hi Tomb543,

There is only 'Logistics order created' shown in tracking information for them because the seller just created the order but hasn't shipped them. You need to push the seller to ship the packages immediately.

On the 2 of April ( a week ago) the tracking information says Logistics order created or waybill created
There is no other tracking information since then, I’ve contacted the seller and they said they shipped the item.
What could this problem be?
Tracking number is LH347742318CN
