Location of returned package

On the tracking site it shows my package was Shanghi Airline Transportation on 4/24/20. I am waiting for a refund of money but I need to know where this package is. If it is lost, I need to file a claim to get my money back. Please advise ASAP.

Hi Lynette King,

It should be not lost. It may be delayed. You can ask refund from the seller and pay the seller again once you receive it later.
