I have the following packages for delivery to Canada and there doesn't seem to be any updated tracking information to locate the current whereabouts. Please let me know where they are located as it has been 5 weeks since the last updated information. Are my packages lost????

There is no update for these packages because they are still on the way to Canada and not arrive now. After they are in Canada, there will be further update information. They are not lost. It usually takes 30-60 days for them to reach.
