UG114276944YP - My parcel has been delayed for a month. Is there anyone else in the uk I can email to find out the parcel location? also could you tell me how long I should reasonably wait before giving up on the item and requesting a refund.

Hi james,

It's delayed in UK. The seller ship it by YanWen Express. You need to contact the seller to ask if there is another tracking number to track it when it's in UK. If it couldn't be delivered in time, you need to let the seller give you a solution as soon as possible.
