where is my package it has been over 20 days and it says it is in Beijing processing center my tracking number is UI023620339CN

On October 25, 2017 I had a package mailed from the United States to Sue Joe China. It processed through Shanghai on October 30 and then said it was processed through a facility in China on October 31. The glitches that it said it was in transit for approximately 3 1/2 weeks. A few days ago I got a retro tracking progress that said There was an attempted delivery on October 31.
