Hello, my package says delivered but, cannot locate it. How do I find the local courier information for the package? AM696809535CN

Hi Sherri Mabie,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation about where it was dlivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

I ordered a package and you are listed as the courier. It was coming to the US from China. Tracking says it was delivered to a local courier and delivered to me yesterday but I never received it.
