LO954684705CN - tracking said handed to airline on March 31, 2020. This has not even arrived in Canada, per tracking. Can you please advise if this parcel is lost, and if not, where is it?

Does this mean that the package had already departed China to the destination? Or, is it still sitting with the airline and waiting for the transportation to fly the package out? Today is April 27, 2020, almost one month after handed to airline. Can you please check and advise the status? Can this be lost ? Thank you.
