My parcel was resent 04/04/2020 it’s say it’s leaving overseas tracking number LO908978154CN

I have been waiting on my package to be delivered for over 2 weeks now it says it’s has arrived at the sorting centre and has not changed since March 17th I only ask because I have had packages posted after this date the same person and they have arrived could you please give me an update
