I ordered my package on 14/02/2020,
You guys received it 17/02/2020
It has left the parcel centre 5 times in 4 days
It is currently sitting at Shanghai airport for the last 7 days, enroute to Australia, but it is yet to leave. Why is this taking so long ?
I have emailed your company before & the person who replied, DID NOT answer or even acknowledge what I was asking, instead rambled on about some other crap.
I want to know an estimated date on when my package will actually get to Australia. & don’t give me any crap about ‘we can’t give you a date’ you absolutely can.
This is ridiculous, I will never use, nor recommend China post to anyone else, this is absolutely garbage.

The seller created the order on Feb. 17 and hand it over to China post on March 2. Last update showing it's at Shanghai International Mail Exchange Station on March 4. It should have left China and when it's in Austrlia and got by Austrlia Post, there will be further update.
