I ordered this package on Ikigai Soul on January of this year,i suppose that because of COVID-19 it was returned on June of this Year to the Departure Point,i want to know if its going to arrive at any point or should i forget about it,its supposed to arrive at Cancun Quintana Roo,Mexico.

The delivery was failed in March in Mexico. So, it was returned back to China. The seller has got it on June 2. You need to contact the seller to give you a solution (refund you or send it again to you) as soon as possible.
