I ordered from 2 suppliers on same day and have received one parcel but the other is still in China Tracking number LO396308156CN, can you tell me where this package is and why has it not left China yet

Daisy I have dealt with Aliexpress for 4 years and I get an email from AusPost the minute my parcels are unloaded from the plane and arrive at customs, it does NOT take 10-25 days for the plane to get to Australia, it doesnt even take that long for a sea container by ship. It takes an average of 10 hours from China to Australia and then another couple of hours for parcels to get to our customs where I am notified of its arrival

It should have left China and there will be further update when it arrives in Australia. This usually takes about 10-25 days.

The following is what I have on my parcel from China to the UK but not sure what the status Crossing receipt scan means? Is it going through customs I don't know and is it in the UK as Parcel Force should be delivering this to me but there site say not landed.
