the part is since December 2nd at Germany and still not arrived at my place..can you let me know why ?

what i have todo to get the part ?

Hi Dkasper,

It has been handed over to DPD epacket in your country. It will be delivered by them. You'd better contact them to ask why they don't transit to your place for so many days.

Hello,

the packet LM138456061CN was delivered to DPD Germany. The address is not correct, so they ca not deliver it. Do you have the DPD tracking nr. ID (14 digits from DPD) ?
