My package LL137091988CN has been going back and forth between Shenzhen and Guangzhou multiple times in the past 3 weeks, instead of being shipped to Singapore. I would like a clarification on what is happening.

It has happened 3 times that it will say "leaving Shenzhen for Singapore" and 1 week later it becomes "Arrived in Guangzhou". Then a week later it will again say "leaving Shenzhen for Singapore" only to arrive back in guangzhou. Hence this past record makes me sceptical that it is really on the way to Singapore now. I would like an explanation for this.

The last update was that it had arrived at Guangzhou. However, it is now once again departing from Shenzhen. Is the package lost? Am I just getting sham updates? Or is there the parcel really just getting shipped back and forth?

The reason is not clearly shown from tracking information. You'd better contact the sender to help you further check it by calling China Post service number 11185.
