Please advise where my package is, nothing in tracking since 12 March. Was told ETA was 20 March

Hi Di,

There are two situations for it:
1. It's stuck in Beijing sinch 12 March.
2. It moves but tracking informstion stops updating after 12 March. When it's on the way to Australia, there is no tracking information for it. You'd better wait another week to see if there is further update to show it arrives in Australia.
