It's in Guangzhou now. China Post hasn't delivered it to the recipient. Here is the latest tracking information:

Thank you for your prompt response however this is the current information I already have.

I was asking for new information because the item arrived 9 days ago and there is no further update.

Can you confirm why there is a delay?
Why is there no update since 2017-11-13 08:58 GUANGZHOU (CN), Arrived at facility in destination country?
When am I expected delivery?
Can my item continue to be tracked?

If you are the recipient, better call China Post service number 11183 (then 8 for English service) to ask what happened to it.

11/11 Fuzhou City, has been delivered to the carrier transport.
