My package has been at post office location 510321 since 5/6/2017 with no movement.. Tracking number LK239080699CN

I have 2 other packages that were shipped on the same day, and they are in the U.S. and scheduled to be delivered by 5/22/2017.

I need to know where it is since it is a gift. Do I need to order it from another seller.? Do I need to request a refund from you?
