Hi my package status hasn’t updated in a while and I’d like to know what’s happening , I tried calling the number you gave and press 8 but it still Chinese and I don’t understand .the seller told me my package is lost. But how do I know if it’s really lost if the tracking doesn’t say. My tracking number is LJ002035444CN.

In normal, if it couldn't be delivered in two months, it may be lost. If you want to confirm if it's lost, you can only require the seller to open a case to China Post to check.
