We are trying to ensure the correctness of addresses and postal codes for our members and students who live in china (including Hong Kong and Macau) our activities would be improved if there was a data table containing all issued postcode (groups) and there related towns/country areas. can you let me know whether such a thing exists and if it does how we would access it. Ideally we would want to see standard Chinese as well as English.
