I am allowed to send liquids to china. This would be a drink i.e. Robinsons Orange Squash?

Is it possible to ship non-flammable, non-toxic liquid substances through China Post? Specifically water-based pen inks. The "forbidden items" page only explicitly mentions flammable liquids but I wanted to make sure.

I wonder if you can help. I plan on sending some toiletries to China from the UK to a friend. I was wondering if this is allowed? It says on the internet that liquids are prohibited to travel by air transport within china.

Once the parcels land in Beijing does it go via road/rail to its destination city or does it go by air?
