Fuzhou City, import customs retained for inspection 2021-01-06 17:42. This is returned merchandise and is declared as returned on Customs Declaration. How can I get this package sent to the destination? Thanks.

Hi L Brightman,

There is no update for it after Jan.7. You need to let the receiver in China call China customs service number 12360 to check what he needs to do to get it released. In normal, the receiver should have got a notice about how to get it phone his phone message.
