Letter tracking number

You say tracking starts with CN or CS...what does it mean if it starts with LW which mine does? Also why is there then no tacking once package hits United States?

The tracking number begins with “L” and another letter then followed with 9 digits and ending with “CN”. i.e. LK987654321CN belongs to a e-packet number. It means the package is sent by ePacket. There should be tracking information when it's in U.S. Please let me know your full tracking number in order to track it for you.

Would you please show me the correct way to Address a letter to the UK. a visual example would be excellent. The reason i ask this question, i recently posted a letter to the UK. from Hengyang City and the letter came back to me, i was forced to pay postage again which i think is utterly unfair and i want to make sure this does not happen again.
