The parcel was sent on the 22nd of December last year andreportedly left beijing airport on the 24th according to the tracking online system. The detail on my parcels whereabouts stopped on the 24th and until now I havent gotten my parcel yet. this parcel was from beijing to canada.

Hi,
I sent a parcel via Australia post (tracking number - EJ280296660AU) on 4th of September 2021. However, it appears that the parcel is sitting with China customs since the 24th of September 2021. A declaration was signed on the parcel describing the parcel as a return of a faulty item. Please share what can be done to clear this parcel from customs for delivery?
