Leaving sorting center

My package says that it's leaving the sorting center but it's for the city that I live in. Why would it be leaving the sorting center instead of being delivered? I also want to know how we find out that the USPS tracking number is after it arrives in the states? Tracking number given to me is CTTY2023155347cn

The seller replied but they not telling me who delivered the package. Can't they provide the name of the carrier in the United States that delivered the package?And the tracking info just says delivered to city but it doesn't say it's delivered to my address.

It's shipped by 诚泰通运 (Chengtai Tongyun Logistics). There may be no tracking number for it. The number should work to the last. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If it's stuck for a long time, you need to contact the seller to check it for you.
