LE155130626CN is said to be delivered but never arrived

Hello,
my parcel LE155130626CN is said to be deliverd on January 14th but it never arrived at my doorstep and technically it's not possible, as it was in Frankfurt at 8 am and at my place at 12 am.
What to do?

If you don't receive it, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.
