Late package

My package was meant to be here over a month and a half ago it had been stuck in transit via transit airport for 22 days and three days ago I received an update “flight departure” for the second time I would like to know where my package is and when it’s actually going to arrive.

Hi Aoife,

Flight departure means it's waiting for the flight. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in your country after airline departure. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
