late delivery of LX133843347CN

good morning, i have been given many different delivery dates for LX133843347CN, i find the tracking log confusing as it says on 16/05/20 Item Leaving overseas
China
then with 02/06/20 "Sender preparing item. This item is now leaving the originating country. More information will be available when it arrives in the UK" please can someone tell me when i will receive my 2 items?

It takes about another 15-30 days for it to be reached in UK to my experience. You'd better wait for more days to see.

Everytime a company uses them packages are LATE LATE or never arrives. 7 out of 10 times you wont get your money back.
