Dear Sirs
We posted a parcel on 27 July from London. Now it's been over 2 weeks but the birthday lady still hasn't received the gift. Previously when we posted stuff to China, it usually was received within 10 days. I am a bit concerned and the last update from your website was 28 July. Could you kindly provide the latest update ?
