Last Update: Shanghai, delivered by airline

My package seems to be stuck. Last update is 7/6/2020 which states: Shanghai, delivered by airline. What does that mean? Is it waiting for an airline to come to the USA or is it being delivered by boat? Can someone tell me where my order is LS378578885CN?

Hi Linda,

It hasn't left China. It's waiting to be checked and sent by airline now. This takes about 7-30 days.

I was wondering if someone could help me locate my parcel.
Usually when a package is 'delivered to airline', the next status will be that it has reached the destination country. However, with this parcel LZ109119186CN, I got another update after the 'delivered to airline' status. It says "Shanghai, leave the Shanghai International Mail Exchange Station, next stop ,International Mail Processing Center( via transfer)" on 8/6/2020, but I never got any update after that. I ordered this sewing machine the end of April. The latest tracking (#LY225800095CN) is Shanghai, Delivered by Airline on May 24th and has not moved since. Do you have any idea when it will be shipped to the US?
