Trying to chase up an item, have been contact many times with seller. They keep telling me to wait for item. Last correspondence they told me it was at my local post office. It is not, and has never shown as leaving country of origin. Why are they telling me it is at post office when it has not arrived in destination country, and instead shows being returned to sender in origin country.

How do i find out where my article is?

Hi, my package was sent seller on Feb 25, 2021 with tracking EMS to Indonesia EV959198886CN and status tracking not update on Mar 06, 2021 after I track on 17track, the status tracking say "Foshan City, return to the proper cast" after 10 days I contact for seller to discused my package and this is say "It is strict in the Chinese customs now" , what should I do? please help, should have arrived this week. thank you, best regards
