Hello.
I've send my package to China on the 7th of February. On the 9th of February it was exported from Russia. From that time I can not get any information about my package. Can you help me? I would like to know if it was lost because I have to pay back money to the buyer...
Tracking number is: RR006815919RU.

Hi Regina,

It has been over three months that it still has no information showing it's arrives in China. It may be lost on the way, you need to contact Russian Post to get compensation.
