May I get an estimate and weight limits for sending large packages to Vung Tau, Vietnam. For sending large parcels, do I take the contents to the local China Post Office or is there a pick up service? Look forward to your reply.

Hi there. :) I am not having much luck with getting any updated information about my package through the online tracking system. I have an EMS package that was supposed to be shipped to Vietnam within 7-10 days. It was supposedly sent out on April 23rd, so it's been about15 days now.

Can you please tell me if it's left China yet and in transit to Vietnam? Vietnam is quite close to China and normally the shipping is very fast (about 3-4 days), so even with the delay due to the pandemic, I should receive it soon, right?

Because recently a friend inquired in Guangzhou and they told him that China Post is not sending any EMS/Large Parcels to Mauritius. May I know if the shipping of EMS/Large Parcels can still be done today? If not, when will the service resume? Hope to hear from you soon.
