Hi.
I want to ship a box ~17kg to Bulgaria, I don't see Bulgaria with the Surface rates. Is there any chance there are more countries you are shipping to with Surface rate besides those in the list?

Wich is the cheapest cost to send a box 17kg from Beijing to Colombia (The box measures 50*40*40 cm). How long it takes by Surface Air Lift (SAL)? What is the final cost and that on fees for tracking, fees and insurance. Thanks
Surface is not available to Bulgaria by China Post Large Package. You'd better use SAL (Surface Air Lift ) or Air to send which are more expensive than the Surface.
For SAL: Up to 1kg it costs 119 RMB and RMB 33.3 for every additional 1kg.
You are also suggested to use the International express company in your place to send your package. They may give you a low price than China Post.
