JP EMS Package stuck at EME status on

Hello, the problem it's due to the limitation on direct shipping to my country from Japan Post, I use a China address of a proxy service(Chilean company with a box/suite in China ) to sent it to my country (Chile) and now it's stuck at China Customs and don't know what to do, because I don't know the actual status o this packages.
PD: The tracking codes are EM287093216JP,EM287095092JP

Hi Esteban,

They should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs now. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.
