Today I have received a parcel to Italy from the following address:

I have NOT ordered this item (a Gucci scarf).
Inside the ePacket, with the date 26/09/2019, there is a "Sales Memo" saying "The issuer of the card identified on this item is authorized to pay the amount shown as total upon prorer presentation. I promise to pay such total (together with any other charges due thereon) subject to and in accordance with the agreement governing the use of such card"
The amount shown is HKD 3, 8500, 00.
I would like to email the company which sent the not ordered item.
Would you have any advice how I could do this, please?

I received 2 packages with a baby spoon and fork in them. It's a scam from a hacker called YAGOOD - my card had bogus charges that I could not dispute because I received a package.
